Production Associate Level II

We are looking for a talented Production Associate Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Clovis, NM.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Contribute to Continuous Improvement: By participating in TPM teams and improvement initiatives, you will help identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that streamline processes.
• Ensure Product Quality: Performing quality inspections and adhering to process documentation ensures that products meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Build Technical Expertise: Completing required training and on-the-job hours will improve your technical skills, preparing you to become a fully qualified Machinist.
• Promote Environmental Responsibility: Recognizing how your work impacts the environment and taking steps to minimize negative effects supports the company's sustainability goals.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Minimal or no work experience required.

Additional Information:

• Responsible for assembling and upfitting all engine models.
• Responsible for material handling using PIV equipment (internal forklift certification required)
• Skill, Education, or Experience Preferences that are nice to have but not required:
• Automotive background
• Mechanical experience
