Overview

Senior Technical Project Lead (Remote) at Myriad360. You will lead some of our most complex and high-impact client projects, providing technical leadership and strategic oversight across full project lifecyclesfrom concept to closeout. You will also develop best practices, mentor other Technical Project Leads, and shape Myriad360's approach to technical excellence. You will serve as a subject matter expert in data center architecture, network infrastructure, and structured cabling, ensuring solutions meet high standards of performance, safety, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client projects with technical leadership and strategic oversight from concept to closeout.
• Define project strategies, set implementation standards, and guide cross-functional teams.
• Develop and document installation and testing procedures to meet client requirements.
• Provide project documentation and Methods of Procedure (MOP) for onsite and remote teams.
• Develop deep technical subject matter expertise with specific clients to ensure superior project management and strengthen client trust.
• Communicate with clients to maintain relationships and meet project goals.
• Mentor, coach, and manage internal resources to successful project outcomes.
• Foster a remote-friendly culture to maximize data center upgrade timelines and service windows.
• Collaborate with Project Management and other teams to engage, manage, and communicate with subcontractors.
• Escalate risks and support remediation efforts.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
• Identify and escalate security risks to Executive Leadership and contribute to remediation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of data center services background and technical project leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of services engagement, third-party subcontractor processes, pricing, and communications.
• Ability to learn new technologies and communicate them to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task across numerous jobs, locations, and responsibilities.
• Excellent management and project communications skills.
• Knowledge of project accounting and administration.
• Strong networking technical skill set.
• Strong time management and English communication skills.
• BICSI Certification a plus; OSHA-30 Certification a plus; relevant Panduit certifications a plus; Cisco CCNA/CCNP or other certifications a plus.

Location and Travel

Must be based in the United States. Travel up to 80% required based on project and client requirements, with possibility of international travel. Hybrid capacity: 40% remote, 60% onsite.
