What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance for Raves suite of notification software products
• Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner via email, screen sharing, and phone
• Troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues on Raves SaaS platforms
• Conduct training on various Rave products and services
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal escalation teams while driving process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree with 3+ years of experience supporting customers on enterprise SaaS platforms
• Basic knowledge of web services and technology (HTML, XML)
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP subnets
• Proficient in CSV/spreadsheet manipulation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong investigative and troubleshooting abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Experience with emergency notification or public safety systems support
• Familiarity with telecommunications and AI/machine learning technologies
• Basic understanding of SMS networks and mobile applications
• French-speaking ability is a plus
