Overview

Monarch Supports & Services is looking for a Respite Provider to provide support to adults with disabilities. As a Respite Provider, you will provide support to an adult with a disability either in your home or in the home of the individual. The support may be for a few hours or a few days at a time.

Responsibilities

• Monarch Supports & Services is looking for the right people to provide respite to adults with disabilities. You will provide respite either in your home or in the home of the individual with a disability. Respite varies from a few hours to several days.
• You will be an independent contractor and not an employee. You will receive extensive training from Monarch Supports & Services as well as the support necessary to be successful.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old, provide references, be able to pass an extensive criminal background check, become CPR and First Aid certified, have an acceptable motor vehicle record, and provide proof of home owner/renter's insurance, vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration.
• You will also need to have training provided by Monarch Supports & Services.
