Description:

A nationwide Healthcare Finance company based in Oregon is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Beaverton, Oregon team. This is a long?term opportunity with a growing crew that truly cares about its employees. Candidates must be local to the Beaverton, Oregon area. The position is remote, but equipment pickup at a Beaverton office is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls (approximately 50/50 split) to assist patients using the program, drive enrollment, and support payment activity.
  • Serve as the primary phone contact for account holders and potential account holders.
  • Make outbound calls, including welcome calls to new account holders, calls on past?due accounts, servicing calls to non?enrolled accounts, and special one?off campaigns supporting patient advocacy.
  • Receive ongoing quality evaluations, coaching, and mentoring from Customer Care supervisors, leads, and peers.
  • Be coachable and receptive to continuous feedback, embracing development opportunities.
  • Use technology and industry best practices to document call activity and engagements, escalating complaints and answering patient questions using a proprietary CRM.
  • Provide white?glove, first?class service as a patient advocate and brand ambassador.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Customer service experience with a strong customer?service mindset.
  • High school diploma and/or relevant work experience (preferred).
  • 1?2 years of telephone customer support / call center experience (preferred).

Workplace Type

This is a fully remote position. However, candidates must be local to Beaverton, Oregon and be able to pick up equipment at the Beaverton office.
