Works in conjunction with production, quality, environmental and engineering departments to monitor and report on compliance and deviations/opportunities within process control, food safety and quality programs. Furthermore, position will be responsible for assisting in special projects as it relates to development of various product lines. In the absence of the Quality Manager, such duties as the planning, coordinating, and directing quality control program designed to ensure the company complies to our commitment to SQF code shall then be assigned to the Quality ATLs that are SQF Practitioners to ensure compliance to the SQF code, working in conjunction with the Lab Manager. Essential Functions Ability to interpret data and track data so as to communicate results to relevant parties in an appropriately timely manner.
