Under general supervision, provides a variety of administrative services for the University in support of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for operational and technical personnel duties to include, but not limited to:Process paperwork for new employees including I-9 compliance. Computer entry and file maintenance. Assist with NEOGOV database including but not limited to routing applications. Process and manage workers compensation program and OSHA reporting requirements. Welcome and provide guidance to employees and the public regarding personnel matters, including the interpretation of general HR policies and procedures. Assist with new employee orientation customers. Update and maintain HR Portal forms. Responsible for maintenance of confidential personnel files Maintain computer employee data information.
