Distribution Division Manager

Location: Remote with site travel in the Southwest

Salary: Ranges from $140k-$150k plus PTO, annual bonus, and profit sharing bonus

Our Client: Our client is a small consulting firm that has grown from 50 to 70 employees over the last 18 months. They work with rural coops in the Southwest as well as some larger utilities. They have a great culture in the business and are looking for someone with a wealth of distribution design experience as well as leadership and managerial experience to help others grow and develop in the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• 15-20 years of Distribution design experience.
• Managing and leading a team of 8 engineers and designers.
• Leading projects and delegating project workload.
• Comfortable going to project sites and meeting with clients, both face to face and virtually.
• Identifying gaps in the team and being actively involved in hiring to fill these gaps, allowing the team to continue to grow as the business does.

The successful candidate must have/show:

• 15 or more years of experience in Distribution Design.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• PE engineers license required.
